JESUS TOUCH MINISTRY
BOARD RESOLUTION
Upon the meeting which was held on September 12, 2009 at Onato Dental Clinic and Dental Supply, Roxas Avenue, Roxas City, Capiz, the officers of Jesus Touch Ministry agreed on this resolution:
Whereas the ministry was organized as an expression of commitment by its Members to Christ’s Great Commandment to go and preach the gospel of Salvation to the whole world.
Whereas, this ministry aims to be a partner in service to the pastors and workers laboring for the cause of Christ.
Whereas the funds of this ministry were from the mission-minded persons generously sowing their resources for the building of God’s kingdom on earth.
Whereas, to safeguard and manage the money of the funds of this Organization.
JTM Chairperson and the Treasurer were hereby authorized by the body on the motion during the meeting which was held on September 12, 2009, in the Name of Jesus Christ.
